A WWE star has seemingly teased an allegiance with Bayley, against Damage CTRL leading up to WrestleMania 40.
On this week’s SmackDown (March 8) Bayley sat down with Kayla Braxton and spoke of Dakota Kai’s recent betrayal and the uphill battle facing her against Damage CTRL leading to WrestleMania 40 and her WWE Women’s Title match with IYO SKY.
Bayley’s words were defiant as she vowed to take down her former allies, but also sobering as she reflected on her past actions and how she’s now “paying for them” being all alone in her fight.
While some in the women’s locker room are clearly lacking sympathy for Bayley’s plight, it seems she may have at least one ally in the form of Raw’s Zoey Stark.
Taking to Twitter in response to a clip of Bayley’s interview, Stark seemingly offered her support, teasing that she may stand by her side.
Stark said:
But you’re not all alone…we’re rooting for you
Stark and her tag team partner Shayna Baszler have also found themselves targeting Damage CTRL in recent weeks, namely current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors.
So, perhaps given their shared goal to take Damage CTRL’s gold, their could maybe be a new allegiance forming soon enough?
