Former three-time WWE World Champion Drew McIntyre has named AEW’s Will Ospreay and Kazuchika Okada as potential non-WWE opponents.
Drew McIntyre recently re-signed with WWE and will remain with the company for the foreseeable future.
Despite his future in WWE, McIntyre still has names outside of the company that he has kept his eye on and would like to share the ring with.
During a Reddit AMA, Drew McIntyre was asked, “If you had the chance to wrestle people who are not currently in WWE, who would be in your top 5?” He replied:
“(Will) Ospreay, (Kazuchika) Okada, Joe Hendry, (Tetsuya) Naito, (Tomohiro) Ishii.”
McIntyre stars alongside Dave Bautista (Batista) in “The Killer’s Game,” which is in theaters now.
McIntyre is set to face CM Punk inside Hell In A Cell on Saturday, October 5 at WWE Bad Blood in Atlanta, Georgia.
