WWE Star Fires Shots At Fellow Roster Member Receiving WrestleMania 40 Title Shot

A WWE star has fired shots at a fellow roster member, questioning why they are set to receive a title shot at WrestleMania 40.

On last week’s WWE Raw (March 25), number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship Sami Zayn was shockingly beaten by ‘Big’ Bronson Reed just weeks before attempting to dethrone GUNTHER at WrestleMania 40.

Now, on the final Raw before the Grandest Stage of Them All, Zayn has a chance to redeem himself and build some momentum when he faces off with the Aussie Destroyer one more time.

Unfortunately for Zayn, it seems as if Reed is full of confidence as he looks to prove a point ahead of WrestleMania 40.

Taking to Twitter ahead of the bout, Reed wrote:

About to bitch Sami out for a second time. Let’s go … “no 1 contender” #WWERaw

Unfortunately for Reed, despite requesting to be added to the WrestleMania 40 card following last week’s result, it appears as if he’s almost certain to miss out, with his name added to the line-up for this year’s Andre The Giant Battle Royal.

The battle royal takes place on April 5’s edition of WWE SmackDown.
