The Undertaker recently revealed the names of his own Mount Rushmore and has also added one name that was at that level.
The WWE Hall of Famer listed Andre the Giant, Ric Flair, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan as the faces of his Mount Rushmore, though admitted that there were “so many different parameters” to consider.
He would name Austin and Hogan due to the impact the pair had on the industry and has named another name that he considers to be at that level.
Speaking to Ariel Helwani for BT Sport, The Undertaker revealed Shawn Michaels, saying:
“Shawn, obviously, had more demons you know [than Triple H] but he overcame that and, you know, matured and is just, you know, a phenomenal person now.
“As far as a talent, man, Shawn is, I mean that’s top tier talent, Mount Rushmore kind of talent, in my opinion.”
The praise kept coming for Michaels, with The Phenom also naming their match at WrestleMania 25 as his favorite WrestleMania match of his career.
Highlights from their epic encounter can be seen below this news story.
In the interview, The Phenom would also reflect on the classic Undertaker look and how that is now “gone”.
He would also reveal that he got into a bit of an argument with Vince McMahon when they spoke about Vince’s retirement.
