Late Friday evening, Nick Jackson was asked on Twitter if the former IWGP Junior Heavyweight and ROH Tag Team Champions would consider a bout against current SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions The Usos. His response to the question grabbed the wrestling world’s attention and has started many to fantasy book a dream match between the current iterations of the brother tag teams.
Yes. Would love for ROH and NJPW to work with WWE and make this happen. https://t.co/rfXMBmwoWJ

Yes we wrestled @WWEUsos once literally on the fly. William Regal called us into the ring before a show and the match started right there. https://t.co/8YuOwuGexX

The mention of NJPW or ROH doing business with WWE will no doubt get the masses excited at the possibilities a partnership could bring. And with the popularity of both teams at an all time high, this would be a clash to savor leaving many to wish Vince had signed them for a one night only deal to compete at WrestleMania 34. Jimmy and Jey have been the best thing about Smackdown Live’s tag division while the Young Bucks are arguably the greatest team in the world today.
Though in the words of JBL, someone may have to call the sheriff, because those boys would steal the show.
What are your thoughts on a Young Bucks/Usos clash? Would it be one for the history books? Let us know below in the comments section or on Twitter at WrestleTalk’s official Twitter page.
