It was revealed yesterday via her Instagram that Dasha Fuentes – current WWE SmackDown Live announcer/backstage interviewer/reporter – recently underwent surgery for an Achilles tendon injury.

It appears the surgery went well and she is in great spirits. No date was given on when she is due to return to her role by herself or WWE, but considering interviewing and announcing isn’t quite as physically taxing as something like, let’s say wrestling, we can most likely assume she’ll be back on the blue show soon. Wishing a speedy recovery to Dasha, she needs to join the team waiting for her. You can’t let down Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid and Blitzen.
