There are very few people with history with the Hell in a Cell match as rich as Mick Foley. Therefore, it was only natural that he should be the man to discuss the event on this week’s Raw.
It was Foley’s turn to interrupt and Elias promo this week, and he did it for a good reason. Mick had an announcement for everyone in New Orleans.
He explained to Elias that he had spoken to Stephanie McMahon, and that she had agreed to give him a role at Hell in a Cell.
But would it be to ring the bell? Sell popcorn? Or perhaps to jump off the cell again.

Well, actually, it was none of those. Instead, Foley will be the special guest referee for the Universal title match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman.
This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, but then again, when does WWE booking ever make sense?
Still, it will be fun to see Mick back in the environment that he made his own 20 years ago.
