More Major Industry Names Offer Roman Reigns Support

On last night’s episode of Raw, Roman Reigns opened the show to announce that his 11-year battle with Leukemia is far from over. The illness has returned, forcing the real-life Joe Anoa’i to relinquish the WWE Universal Championship and take some well-deserved and well-needed time away from the ring to focus on his health.

In light of the news, people from around the wrestling world have continued to pour their hearts out with love and respect for the ‘Big Dog’, wishing him a quick recovery.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon made a rare appearance on Twitter to show his love for the man he introduced to the world:

Even one of WWE‘s biggest rival promotions has taken the time to send their support.

NJPW also took to Twitter to send their well-wishes, transcending the two promotions and providing a wonderful slice of humanity in our silly wrestling world:

It has been said in numerous articles today but it is more than worth repeating. We would like to join Vince, New Japan and everyone else around the world in wishing Joe and his family the best of luck and we look forward to seeing him back in the ring where he belongs soon.
