The ratings are in for Thursday’s Impact Wrestling and the news is not good.
The show, which was headlined by a fantastic main event pitting Impact World Champion Johnny Impact defending his title against Rey Fenix, drew 98, 000 viewers.
This was the company’s first week in its new time slot on POP TV and so far it’s proven to be a very bad move. The rating was down almost half from last week’s 189,000 viewers and is the lowest viewership in the history of the show.
The previous record low came on December 14 of last year – 161,000 viewers.

This week’s Impact episode ranked #140 on the Cable Top 150. Last week’s show ranked #148.
Two weeks ago, several sources reported on the time slot change shortly after Bound For Glory. According to reports, Impact officials were informed by POP management that they would be moving them away from the prime time slot.
Although no specific reason was stated about why POP decided to make this abrupt change, Impact’s ratings have been noticeably dropping since football began on September 6 – which you can see below:
September 6: 236,000
September 13: 258,000
September 20: 229,000
September 27: 222,000
October 4: 190,000
October 11: 183,000
October 18: 189,000
October 25: 98,000
