How Many People Watched The Rock & Cody Rhodes On WWE Raw After WrestleMania 40 WWE

The viewership figures for Monday’s April 8 edition of Raw following WrestleMania 40 featuring The Rock and Cody Rhodes has been revealed.

This week’s show followed a huge two nights of WrestleMania 40, which ended with Cody Rhodes defeating Roman Reigns to win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

WWE’s first show following WrestleMania, Raw, covered the aftermath to everything that went down on Saturday and Sunday.

Per Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Raw achieved a total average viewership figure of 2.36 million viewers. In the 18-49 demographic, Raw achieved a high 0.83 number, which he described as ‘amazing’.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the show achieved its highest total viewership figure since February 2020, and the highest 18-49 demo number since September 2019.

Thurston also revealed that the show peaked at 3.19 million viewers in the third quarter-hour during the in-ring segment featuring The Rock and Cody Rhodes.

It was also pointed out that a lot of the show was head-to-head with the NCAA men’s college basketball tournament final.

During The Rock and Cody Rhodes’ segment, the Final Boss asked to hold Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE Universal Championship belt – Rhodes allowed this, before the Rock stated that he has to go away for a little while, but promised to return to target the American Nightmare.

Before leaving, The Rock handed something to Cody Rhodes, which wasn’t revealed to the fans.

The Rock’s WWE writer has now teased future plans for the TKO board member, which you can read more about right here.
