WrestleMania 35 is fast approaching, as are the Raw and SmackDown Live go-home shows, and WWE is beginning to make announcements as to what we are set to see on Tuesday night.
Kevin Owens, who isn’t yet confirmed for a match at WrestleMania, is set to host the KO Show with special guests and WrestleMania opponents AJ Styles and Randy Orton.
Styles and Orton’s rivalry has been simmering for some time now as to whose house SmackDown Live is, Orton’s even gone as far as mentioning Dixie Carter in promos.
Now, it’s unlikely, but with KO not on the ‘Mania card as of yet, there is a teeny weeny chance they could use this as a way to make it a three-way. That is pure speculation on my part and could very easily not happen. I just don’t want to see KO end up in the Andre, okay?
Also confirmed for Tuesday’s show is Rey Mysterio vs. Andrade in the match that was initially planned for WrestleMania. Vince decided to scrap that because it was to be a mask vs. hair match and he didn’t want a bald Andrade, so instead Rey will take on Joe for the US Title, and poor Andrade is stuck in the Andre Battle Royal. Oh lovely.
Finally, a contract signing segment with WWE Champion Daniel Bryan and ‘Mania challenger Kofi Kingston is set to take place. Expect shenanigans, more shenanigans, and even more shenanigans.
We will as always have live coverage of the show here on the site.
