The television network that All Elite Wrestling will air on when it launches in October appears to have been confirmed.
According to Twitter user The Fight Oracle, AEW was listed by Turner Sports (TNT and TBS) as part of its portfolio of programming that will be presented to advertisers at next month’s upfronts on May 15.
For those unaware, upfronts are an event where broadcasters announce their future programming to prospective advertisers, allowing them the pre-purchase commercials several months in advance of broadcast.

TBS and TNT are two of the biggest stations in the US and have a history of carrying wrestling before, having been the home of WCW Nitro and Thunder in the 90s.
AEW being on either of those stations not only has a wonderful irony to it (WWE was able to purchase WCW after Turner kicked it off the air in 2001) but it will also make the promotion a legitimate rival for WWE.
