The battle between WWE and AEW is currently playing out on Wednesday nights in the war between AEW: Dynamite on TNT and NXT on the USA Network.
However, one of All Elite Wrestling’s Executive Vice Presidents has implied on Twitter that his company is being sued.

Taking to social media, Cody said that he needs to go shopping for a new suit as it sounds like he’ll be going to court in the near future. He accompanied this with a “Welcome to Pettyville” GIF.
Some have speculated that it could be Vince McMahon’s WWE that is taking AEW to court, especially considering there is a war going on between the two companies.
Earlier in the week, AEW announced that they will be putting on a special ‘Bash at the Beach’ episode of Dynamite. The show will share the same name as a WCW pay-per-view than ran from 1994-2000.
WWE owned the term, but it is believed that Cody filed to trademark the name earlier this year. Some have speculated that this is the reason WWE is suing AEW.
