A new update has been provided on where the August 23 SummerSlam pay-per-view will be taking place following weeks of rumours.
The exact location is not yet known, but WrestleVotes is reporting it will not be taking place at the Performance Center.
However, it was noted that there will not be a crowd in attendance despite a lot of talk that Vince McMahon wanted fans back for his second-biggest pay-per-view of the year.

SummerSlam will not take place in the PC.
However, no fans will be in attendance.
Source still unsure on exact location, as the northeast possibility is now said to be iffy at best.
Furthermore, PWInsider has confirmed it will be taking place in the state of Florida.
Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for any further updates on the venue for the show. There have been rumours previously it could be held outdoors or maybe even on a cruise ship or something of that nature.
