After losing to former best friend Mandy Rose in a No Disqualification “Loser Leaves WWE” match last night at SummerSlam, Sonya Deville has taken to social media to say goodbye to the WWE.
The former Tough Enough contestant took to Twitter after SummerSlam went off the air last night to simply say “…. goodbye”.

The match between Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose was originally set to be a Hair vs. Hair match. However, WWE made the call to change the match to a No Disqualification “Loser Leaves WWE” match on SmackDown.
It has been speculated that after an attempted kidnapping at her house last week, Sonya didn’t want to appear in court with a shaved head, which is totally understandable, hence why the stipulation was changed.
It has also been speculated that Sonya Deville may be taking some time away from the ring following the incredibly scary and emotionally draining events of the last week, with this stipulation being a way to write her off TV.
At this time, there is no exact word on if Sonya has just been written off of TV or is actually fully done with the company following SummerSlam. For the latest on that, make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com.
