WWE SmackDown Star To Become Authority Figure?

It appears that a current WWE SmackDown star could end up becoming an on-screen authority figure of sorts going by recent tweets.

Adam Pearce, who has become the main authority figure on WWE TV in recent months, tweeted that he could need an assistant going forward.

Accompanying the tweet was an image of Billie Kay sharing her resumé with Pearce himself from a recent edition of SmackDown.

Since splitting from Peyton Royce in the WWE Draft in October, Kay has popped up in backstage skits, handing out her resumé to everyone – fellow wrestlers, the announce team, and even Pearce.

While it’s far from confirmed and this is not a report that it is happening, the role could definitely be a very fun one for Kay, considering her comedic talent and the fact that her short backstage segments are always thoroughly entertaining.

It does look like Kay is set to have a match next Friday on SmackDown though, as she interrupted the Riott Squad’s interview on Talking Smack setting up a tag match, although she’ll have to find herself a partner.
