AEW referee Aubrey Edwards, real name Brittany Aubert, has filed to trademark her ring name with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Aubert made the filing on March 1, as per Heel By Nature.
The filing was made with the following description:
Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a celebrity; entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling referee; entertainment services, namely, refereeing and officiating in the field of professional wrestling
The application also featured screenshots of AEW appearances, the AEW roster page which has her listed, and a signed consent form.
It was made through attorney Gwendolyne Seale of Mike Tolleson and Associates.
