Night twelve of the New Japan Cup event today was interrupted by an Earthquake, as can be seen in the tweet below by user @CiaranRH.

The earthquake in Sendai, which registered at a 7.2 on the Richter scale, occurred during the six-man tag match where Kota Ibushi, Kazuchika Okada and Hiroshi Tanahashi teamed to take on Yujiro Takahashi, Jay White and KENTA.
The show was paused for just shy of 30 minutes while safety checks took place. However, the event was able to resume without any other issues, despite a tsunami warning being issued by Japan.
This is not the first time that a NJPW event this year has been impacted by an earthquake, as the Road to Castle Attack show in Fukushima on February 21 was cancelled due to an earthquake eight days prior.
