AEW has officially announced the signing of former NXT star Bobby Fish, after he was released by WWE on August 6, 2021.
Fish is the second member of The Undisputed Era to join AEW, with Adam Cole debuting at last month’s All Out PPV show on September 5.
Bobby Fish wrestled on last night’s Dynamite, losing to new TNT Champion Sammy Guevara, but it was announced shortly after the show went off air that he had indeed put pent to paper on a contract with AEW.
Fish already has some merch, which you can see below.

As part of the Undisputed Era alongside Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong, Fish would become one of the most over wrestlers in all of NXT, but once the group disbanded, and following a number of injuries, WWE made the decision to let him go.
Here’s hoping he can remain injury free now he’s signed for AEW.
