Veteran referee Scott Armstrong has now commented on his WWE release.
Armstrong was one of numerous Performance Center names let go by WWE on January 5. On Twitter, Armstrong has thanked his fans for the love he has been shown since his WWE departure.
Showing off his freshly baked biscuits, Armstrong tweeted:

Previously a wrestler, Armstrong signed with WWE as a full-time referee in 2006. Armstrong has been involved in several notable storylines, including the CM Punk & Undertaker ‘screwjob’ in 2009, and Daniel Bryan vs Randy Orton in 2013.
The veteran referee was furloughed in April 2020, returning to the company that October.
Other notable names released on January 5 included William Regal and ‘Road Dogg’ Brian James, who has also commented on his departure.
