Silas Young spent the better part of 14 years with Ring of Honor after debuting in 2007 and appearing regularly starting in 2012. He will appear in his hometown of Milwaukee on this show.
This will mark Hangman Page’s second match since losing the AEW World Championship to CM Punk at Double Or Nothing on May 29. He defeated David Finlay on the June 8 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Hangman has already staked his claim to get a shot at the IWGP World Heavyweight Title at this Sunday’s Forbidden Door event.
The reigning champion “Switchblade” Jay White made his return to All Elite Wrestling on the June 15 episode of Dynamite by attacking Hangman Page and saying he will determine his challenge at the pay-per-view.
