Mick Foley Files For Trademark Based On WWE Ring Name WWE

Mick Foley has filed for a trademark based on one of his WWE ring names.

The WWE Hall of Famer had been trademarking ring names for the past few months. He notably trademarked Cactus Jack and Dude Love.

On Thursday, July 7, Mick Foley filed to trademark a take on Mankind with Kindman for wrestling purposes.

The full description of the filing can be seen below:

Mark For: KINDMAN trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.

As previously noted, Foley has signed a new Legends contract with WWE. His signing led to him shutting down his Pro Wrestling Tees store.
