An AEW star has returned on AEW’s special, Battle of the Belts 4 after the All-Atlantic Championship match kicked off the second hour of live AEW action.
After a massive match between PAC and Trent Beretta for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship, there was a shock finish when PAC used a hammer between the eyes of Beretta to get the advantage.
After picking up the subsequent pinfall victory, PAC didn’t get a chance to continue much more of a beat down on Beretta as a returning star ran out.
Orange Cassidy is back to resume his battles with the bastard PAC as it was announced that they would have a rematch next week.
For AEW’s Canadian debut, it will be Orange Cassidy taking on PAC again for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship.
Orange Cassidy returns after having lost to PAC at AEW Grand Slam for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship on September 21.
Elsewhere in AEW tonight, Jon Moxley was confirmed to have signed an extension to his AEW contract which will see him continue with the company for a hefty number of years and with an expanded role. You can read all about that by clicking here.
Still to come on Battle of the Belts 4, a ROH tag team championship match between FTR and Gates of Agony.
