The youngest member of Blackpool Combat Club has revealed that he’s on a ‘collision course’ with another rising AEW star.
At just 25 years old, Wheeler Yuta may not have the veteran status of Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, and Claudio Castagnoli, but he has certainly left quite an impression on AEW management and fans.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Yuta noted that he believes he and MJF will be rivals for years to come, stating:
“Myself and MJF will be wrestling each other for a very long time.”
Yuta didn’t stop there with the predictions though. Addressing Moriarty attacking him after his match with MJF on the October 5 edition of Dynamite, Yuta said:
“I think that myself and Lee Moriarty are now going to have to be on a collision course after, after the match; the aftermath with him attacking me. But, yeah, I’m very excited to see where either of those go.”
With two very different opponents firmly in his sights with the potential for matches worthy of those ‘fight forever’ chants, there are many years of potential in-ring competition in AEW for Yuta, MJF and Moriarty in whatever combination they may end up colliding.
