AEW has issued an official statement regarding the health of Hangman Adam Page a concerning scene ended AEW Dynamite.
According to the statement:
“Hangman Adam Page was taken tonight by medical personnel to a Cincinnati trauma center and diagnosed with a concussion. He was discharge, but will remain in AEW’s concussion protocol.
“AEW and Hangman Page are grateful for the exemplary response and care of staff and local medical personnel, and are appreciative of the love and support of fans everywhere.”
Hangman Adam Page appeared to suffer an injury during the main event of tonight’s Title Tuesday edition of AEW Dynamite leading to the match being stopped.
As the cameras cut away from the scene in the ring, those in attendance reported that Page was placed on a stretcher and the lower ring rope needed to be loosened in order to safely evacuate him from the ring.
As he was being transported away from the ringside area via gurney, the crowd could be heard chanting “Cowboy S**t” in honor of the injured fan favorite while commentary attempted to continue the show.
