WWE announced that their NXT UK brand would be going on hiatus back in August, with the NXT World’s Collide show back on September 4 serving as the final event of the brand.
WWE announced plans to relaunch the brand into ‘NXT Europe’ in 2023. As such, the majority of NXT UK’s roster either moved over the US based NXT brand, or were released from the company.
There are still a few NXT UK stars that have yet to find their place in WWE, but remain under contract to the company following NXT UK’s closure.
One of those names is Isla Dawn, who many people expected to be revealed as the red hooded figure in the Schism, which ultimately ended up being Ava Raine, The Rock’s daughter.
However, Isla did in fact make her NXT US debut at last night’s NXT live event, coming up short against a fellow NXT UK alum, Alba Fyre.
