AEW star Darby Allin has been announced to take part in the Great Muta’s retirement match for Pro Wrestling NOAH on January 22.
Earlier this year at AEW Rampage: Grand Slam, Japanese wrestling icon the Great Muta reunited with AEW’s Sting.
Shortly afterwards, it was announced that the Stinger would team up with Muta in the latter’s retirement match, which Sting said he hoped would also be able to included current AEW partner Darby Allin.
Now it seems the three mean will team up against an unknown opposing team for Muta’s send off.
Pro Wrestling NOAH announced the addition of Allin to the match via its Twitter account:

The event will take place on January 23, 2023 at the Yokohama Arena.
The match will see the first time that Muta and Allin share a ring.
Sting and the Great Muta have not teamed up since July 2004, when they took on Diamond Dallas Page and Satoshi Kojima at HCW’s Battle Hawaii event.
