Journeyman wrestling veteran AR Fox was officially given his big break, when it was announced that he had officially signed with the company in November 2022.
AR Fox spent many years training a lot of the current top stars in wrestling, including WWE United States Champion Austin Theory.
Speaking with Inside The Ropes, Theory spoke about Fox, noting that his success is ‘amazing’, and how he sacrificed a lot to help get him to where he is today.
He said:
“It’s amazing, especially the talent he has and the mindset he has for wrestling,” Theory said. “He was the first person that showed me anything at a wrestling school and he took me under his wing and he sacrificed a lot for me to get to where I am. So, I appreciate him a lot and, yeah, I can’t say nothing but good things for him. I’m happy for him.”
AR Fox took on Claudio Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship on the debut episode of Tony Khan’s ROH television show.
Austin Theory is set to defend his United States Championship against John Cena at WrestleMania 39.
