Stu Grayson has revealed that Evil Uno suffered a concussion on the March 15 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Grayson returned to the ring for AEW on this episode, teaming with Uno and Hangman Page to face off against Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley & Wheeler Yuta.
The Blackpool Combat Club ultimately picked up the victory, with Moxley forcing Grayson to submit.
It was noted by commentary later in the show that Uno had been taken to hospital.
On the March 17 edition of Rampage, A Stu Grayson promo aired. Grayson revealed that Uno had suffered a concussion in their Dynamite bout.
Challenging Moxley to a singles bout, Grayson said:
“Jon Moxley, up until our match tonight on Dynamite, everybody was asking me the same thing. ‘Stu, are you back? Are you back with AEW?’ I just didn’t know what to answer.
“I just didn’t until now, now that I am in a hospital because you and BCC gave a concussion to my brother, Evil Uno.
“So now I’m thinking, Mox. Now I’m thinking, ‘Yeah, now I am back.’ You wanted Stu Grayson? You got him.
“Next week, I want you, Mox. I want you in a one-on-one match. I swear to god, I will break you.”
After the Dynamite match, Tony Khan confirmed that Grayson had re-signed with AEW, following his departure in May 2022.
