MMA star Conor McGregor has now shared a reaction to reports about a possible merger between WWE and the UFC.
Per CNBC, WWE is in ‘advanced’ talks with Endeavor for a deal that would merge WWE and UFC into one publicly traded company.
It was noted the deal could be announced as early as tomorrow (Monday, April 3).
With big implications for the future of WWE, many have taken to social media to react to the report.
Conor McGregor has now shared an edit of himself holding both the WWE Championship, and UFC gold.
The UFC star captioned the photo:

In a separate tweet, McGregor wrote:
Congrats to the @ufc now worth a cool Proper $12bn. Wow! Endeavor bout to scoop the @WWE now also. Incredible. What a powerhouse!
McGregor has previously teased a WWE run on several occasions, most recently following an appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour podcast, which Paul Heyman reacted to.
Triple H and McGregor both teased working together in 2021. Triple H has since been elevated to the company’s Chief Content Officer, a role which sees The Game managing WWE creative.
