A new report has revealed that Vince McMahon will no longer have majority voting control over WWE after the UFC merger.

On Monday, April 3, Endeavor announced it had purchased WWE and will merge it into one sports and entertainment company with the UFC.

With this announcement, it was also announced that Vince McMahon will remain on as Executive Chairman of the Board for WWE and the new company.

However, there is a change to McMahon’s majority voting control over his company following the completion of the merger with UFC.

According to Wrestlenomics, Vince McMahon will no longer have majority voting control over WWE or other entities within the new company following the WWE and UFC merger.

The report notes that he will hold 18% of all shares after the merger is complete.
