The viewership figure and demo rating for Friday’s (June 2) Championship Friday edition of AEW Rampage on TNT has been revealed.
Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Rampage drew 357,000 viewers. This is down from the May 26 edition that drew 436,000 viewers.
This is the lowest total viewership for the program in its regular time slot since the March 31 episode.
In the key 18-49 demographic, Friday’s show scored 0.11 rating. This is the same as the week prior that also scored 0.11 rating.
AEW ranked #12 on cable in the demo for the night, which is actually higher than the May 26 episode.
The show featured El Hijo Del Vikingo defeating Dralistico and Komander in a three-way match to retain the AAA Mega Championship and Katsuyori Shibata beating Lee Moriarty to retain the ROH Pure Championship.
Also, Zack Sabre Jr. made his AEW TV debut by defeating Action Andretti to retain the NJPW World TV Championship, while Willow Nightingale defeated Emi Sakura to retain the NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship.
