Video footage has emerged of Carlito reacting to his return at WWE Fastlane on October 7, 2023, where he teamed up with the LWO.
Carlito joined Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar to defeat Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford).
It marked his second appearance this year having also been involved in the Bad Bunny vs Damian Priest match at WWE Backlash in May 2023.
Carlito has made rare appearances in WWE since his release in May 2010, including the induction of his father, Carlos Colón, in the Hall of Fame Class of 2014.
He was also in the 2021 Royal Rumble match and then had a match on Raw the night after where he teamed with Jeff Hardy in a win over Elias and Jaxson Ryker.
As can be seen from the footage below, Carlito was pleased with his appearance and the crowd reaction, saying:
“It felt good… it felt real good.
“Every time you think they might have forgotten you… but it’s a loyal fanbase and there was a lot of love out there.”

During his original run from 2003 to 2010, Carlito held the WWE United States Championship, Intercontinental Championship, WWE Tag Team Championship and World Tag Team Championship (both with his brother Primo).
