WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley has made a shock appearance at a recent indy show, getting physically involved in the ring for the first time in years.
Having not competed in a ring since all the way back at the 2012 Royal Rumble, few would have ever expected the legendary former WWE Champion to ever deliver any of his signature offence inside a ring ever again.
Yet, in a totally unannounced appearance for ICW No Holds Barred in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday December 16, Foley, not only showed up but delivered one of his most famous moves: the double-arm DDT.
All while being fully decked out in a Santa Claus outfit.
In footage captured by EatingTheIndies.com on Twitter (see below), Foley can be seen delivering his old finishing move to ICW’s John Wayne Murdoch, who was competing in a death match against Tara Zep.
Not only that, but Foley then followed this up by striking an already bloody Murdoch with his signature barbed wire bat; leading to Zip capitalising and getting the win.
See the video below to check out the remarkable footage for yourself.
