Find out if Jinder Mahal was able to beat Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on tonight’s WWE Raw.
On the January 15 edition of WWE Raw, a big match featuring Jinder Mahal challenging Seth Rollins for his world title.
With Indus Sher at ringside already, Rollins’ chances of leaving still champion were further complicated by the arrival of Señor Money in the Bank, Damian Priest.
As the action continued in the ring and Damian Priest lurked about, they were all joined by Drew McIntyre at ringside.
While Priest and McIntyre brawled around ringside, the referee was distracted and Mahal captured a near fall off of a cheap shot from Indus Sher.
Another near fall occurred after shenanigans and Mahal hitting his Khalas finisher, but finally the referee kicked Indus Sher out of the ringside area.
Seth Rollins was able to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship after he countered out of an attempted second Khallas and landed with the stomp.
Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw, Cody Rhodes kicked off the show but was promptly interrupted by Drew McIntyre.
Later, a social media post from CM Punk was shown with later confirmation that next week on WWE Raw, there will be a ‘face-to-face’ between CM Punk and Cody Rhodes ahead of the Royal Rumble 2024.
