Drew McIntyre may have issues with Cody Rhodes, as recently witnessed on WWE Raw, but he’s got a fan in the form of Nathan Frazer.
The February 5 episode of WWE Raw ended with Rhodes on the receiving end of an attack from McIntyre after The American Nightmare faced Shinsuke Nakamura in a bull rope match.
This brought out a reaction from NXT’s Nathan Frazer, who posted on Twitter:
“Every day I aspire to be as real as Drew McIntyre😂💀”
Last night’s WWE Raw opened with McIntyre, Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes in the ring.
McIntyre would also reveal a special T-shirt that he had made for Rollins – taking another blatant shot at CM Punk’s injury – as can be seen in the video below.
The aftermath of the attack by McIntyre on Rhodes that closed last night’s WWE Raw can be seen here.
It was recently revealed that McIntyre hasn’t yet signed a new WWE contract, meaning he would not be “under contract past April.”
This came after WWE set up a story between McIntyre and CM Punk once Punk returns from the injury sustained at the Royal Rumble.
Frazer has been a regular fixture in NXT having signed with the company back in December 2020.
He first appeared in January 2021 on NXT UK, moving over to NXT in April 2022.
The people have spoken. #WeWantDrew
