On Wednesday, November 4, All Elite Wrestling will present this year’s Blood and Guts event from Jacksonville, Florida.
Going into this event, there are several rivalries in both the men’s and women’s divisions that could be settled inside the two-ring steel cage.
From factions feuding for months to different rivalries all combining for the huge spectacle, it could be several unique matchups in the signature stipulation come Jacksonville.
Here are four potential feuds that could potentially culminate at AEW Blood and Guts.
Death Riders vs. United Empire
Heading into AEW All Out 2026, Will Ospreay announced that he was bringing United Empire to All Elite Wrestling.
The reigning AEW World Champion would need the backup considering his rivalry with Jon Moxley and The Death Riders.
After joining and then turning on the faction, Ospreay became public enemy number one for Moxley’s crew.
With the All Out main event between Ospreay and Moxley featuring heavy interference from both stables, the rivalry between The Death Riders and United Empire could come to an end at AEW Blood and Guts next month.
Triangle of Madness vs. Mercedes Monè & Divine Dominion vs. Willow Nightingale & The Brawling Birds
Last year, AEW presented their first women’s Blood and Guts Match.
Bringing 12 of the best female stars on the roster, the match set a standard that has to be at least matched this year.
Going into AEW Blood and Guts, there have been battle lines set between several different women on the roster.
This could set up the first three-way Blood and Guts Match with Triangle of Madness facing Mercedes Monè and Divine Dominion as well as Willow Nightingale and The Brawling Birds on November 4.
The Elite vs. Don Callis Family
On the September 30 Tribute To PAC edition of AEW Dynamite, The Elite reunited to pick up a win over The Don Callis Family in eight-man tag team action.
Now that Kenny Omega is back, fans could see The Elite come together more often.
Considering all four men’s history with The Don Callis Family, that could serve as their opposition.
This could set the stage for The Elite to put a bow on their feud with DCF at AEW Blood and Guts.
Death Riders vs. Don Callis Family
Since the start of 2026, another rival faction for The Don Callis Family has been The Death Riders.
At AEW Dynamite: A Tribute To PAC, Bryan Danielson joined forces with The Death Riders to defeat The Don Callis Family in a 10-Man tag team main event.
Following the passing of PAC, AEW could present Death Riders as babyfaces by placing them against the DCF.
Inside AEW Blood and Guts, Death Riders and Don Callis Family could culminate their tensions in the two-ring steel cage stipulation.
