New addition to AEW Death Riders

AEW

With the AEW Death Riders faction showing resilience in the face of adversity, a brand new female member could be revealed soon.

There could certainly be brand new female members of the stable that could not only be utilized by the group to advance their campaign of violence but also, to take their own career to the next level.

Here are three AEW women that should join Jon Moxley and the Death Riders

Willow Nightingale

After dropping the AEW Women’s Championship, Willow Nightingale has an opportunity to try out something entirely different.

If she were to activate her inner Death Rider and join the faction, there could be an amazing chance for the character to evolve.

Able to hone her violence, Willow certainly has already demonstrated a willingness for viciousness in past hardcore matches, she could abandon her recent Conglomeration pals for the grittier edge of the Jon Moxley led faction.

Even if it were a short term alliance to remind Willow that she didn’t want to go full Death Rider after a change of heart, the storyline would certainly be compelling.

Bringing about a new iteration of the popular AEW star only adds to her overall appeal, particularly in light of the recent inklings of a babyface run incoming for the Death Riders – Willow is certainly the perfect addition.

Thekla

Able to forge an unhinged alliance with Marina Shafir, the addition of Thekla to the Death Riders could be an unexpected delight.

While Thekla continues to feud with Mercedes Mone over the AEW Women’s World Championship and is aligned with Julia Hart and Skye Blue, there could be a really fun side quest with a new faction.

With Thekla able to somehow bring a new dimension of violence to the already savage group, her chaos would likely prove too hard to deal with.

Ending up unceremoniously being ousted from the group due to her wild antics, perhaps a full babyface turn would be ahead if she were to be betrayed after trying to fit in.

Deonna Purrazzo

One AEW star that could benefit from a gritty rebrand could be Deonna Purrazzo.

While she has frequently appeared in ROH over the past year, Purrazzo hasn’t been in action on AEW TV since January 2025.

Able to join the Death Riders and showcase her own special brand of hard hitting action and fearless brutality, there could be a really cool reinvention of Purrazzo in the group.

However, with Purrazzo getting involved in the Maple Leaf Pro match on October 3 helping her real-life husband Steve Maclin in his bout against Cope (only to be met by an interfering Rhino as well), there could be a different direction on-screen already ahead for Purrazzo.
