WWE star to become new leader of faction: Two names that could be overthrown by their own stablemate

WWE is chock full of factions right now, but while the likes of The Bloodline and 946 feel hot, there are others who are stale and potentially needing a change in the future.

Aside from scrapping a faction altogether, one way to shake things up is to have some internal conflict that leads to certain members being ousted.

Here are two factions that could see a change in leadership soon:

The Judgment Day – Roxanne Perez takes over from Liv Morgan

Roxanne Perez is heading into this Saturday’s women’s Money in the Bank ladder match as the favorite, in the eyes of many, to take home the briefcase.

Obviously if “The Prodigy” does just that, we can expect some problems to emerge within The Judgment Day camp as Liv Morgan is firmly focused on winning back the WWE Women’s World Title from Stephanie Vaquer, and won’t take kindly to her own teammate leapfrogging her to the championship.

With Morgan, along with Becky Lynch, challenging Vaquer for her title in a three-way, we could see Perez pull off a shocker and cash-in her briefcase on the same night she wins it.

Whether she pins Morgan or not, Perez’s days will almost certainly be numbered in The Judgment Day should he do this. Or, perhaps, in true Judgment Day fashion, we could see Perez’s win lead to Liv being removed from the group instead.

Whether it be Edge, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley or Finn Balor, Judgment Day has a history of kicking out its elder statesman, and rather than Perez getting the boot, her World Title win could lead to the other members of the group, sans Dominik Mysterio, backing her instead of Morgan.

The Vision – Logan Paul takes over from Bron Breakker

WWE's Bron Breakker and Logan Paul

Logan Paul first aligned with The Vision in November 2025, ahead of that year’s WarGames match at Survivor Series.

In his first three years in WWE, Logan Paul was booked as an attraction performer rather than a full-time member of the roster.

That changed at the beginning of this year when “The Maverick” signed a new full-time deal with the company, and in doing so he transitioned to become more of a background character in The Vision than the focal point.

This has been a beneficial move, as it allows Paul to sort of pay his dues a bit more before eventually reaching the world title picture. However, there will come a point where playing second fiddle to Bron Breakker won’t cut it anymore.

While it likely won’t come in the immediate future, we could eventually see Paul overthrow Breakker much like he did to Seth Rollins one year ago.

Paul could then shape The Vision in his image, which may or may not involve Bronson Reed, Austin Theory and Maxxine Dupri.
