Oh Vince, you utterly bizarre human.
Ever since the investigations involving Vince McMahon became public knowledge, he’s repeatedly appeared on Raw and SmackDown for no reason other than to say hello, and potentially, say goodbye.
Money in the Bank will mark the first pay-per-view since all the controversy, so there’s every chance he’ll want to come out and welcome everyone to the show or something, and then waddle off like the strange man that he is.
