Carmella comes into this match as the replacement for the injured Rhea Ripley, so most people are probably just thinking ‘well then Bianca will just retain and move on to Rhea when she’s back’.
But, this is WWE, and historically, WWE does have a bit of a habit of doing things purely for supposed shock value, such as a replacement winning a championship.
Plus, it’s Carmella, and WWE likes her, because quite frankly, she’s good at her job. You might not like what her job is, but you’d be wrong if you said she isn’t good at it.
So basically, there’s every chance WWE springs a surprise on us here.
