With just two weeks remaining till the 37th annual WWE Survivor Series Premium Live Event, the marquee attraction once again will be the pair of WarGames matches, one for the men’s roster and another for the women’s.
WWE have already announced the line-ups for the men’s match to be: Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso & Sami Zayn vs The Judgment Day & JD McDonagh.
However, reports have suggested that WWE may not be done adding more stars to the fold.
As seen at Survivor Series 2022, the WarGames matches both featured teams of five opposing each other, leaving many to believe that WWE’s current line-ups are not quite the finished article.
With that being said let’s take a look at six additional stars who could potentially make the cut and be the fifth man on each respective team.
6. Kevin Owens
A man who once seemed an absolute shoe-in to be involved in this eventual blowoff with The Judgment Day, Kevin Owens now finds himself feeling a million miles away on SmackDown.
While Owens has found himself tangled up with Grayson Waller and Austin Theory since joining the blue brand, that doesn’t seem like a feud that will have a payoff on a WWE PLE.
So, realistically, if the babyface team are after a fifth man, then Owens should be their number one pick.
While he has notable issues with Jey Uso, the two did seemingly bury the hatchet at the very end of Owens’ time on Raw, and one would imagine Zayn would jump at the opportunity to reunite once again with his BFF.
Given the Prizefighter’s involvement in the build to this war, it truly feels a shame for him not to be involved in it’s payoff, despite now starting afresh on Friday nights.
