6. Darby Allin
Unlike Miro, we have indeed seen Darby Allin square-off with Samoa Joe a fair few times, with the two trading the TNT Championship in late 2022/early 2023.
Those matches were a great example of Joe’s excellence in working with smaller sized competitors and it would be great to see Allin get the first crack at running it back, only this time for the big one.
Allin is likely going to be pre-occupied with a role in Sting’s retirement match as we approach Revolution, however, there’s certainly time for a brief program with Joe beforehand.
While Allin did ultimately lose his feud with Joe he does hold a win in AEW over him. Something only one more man on this list can boast…
