5. Mr. Brodie Lee
The last of the names that were mentioned by Khan specifically was yet another star that made an indelible impact on so many still on the AEW roster: The Exalted One Mr. Brodie Lee.
Despite only competing in AEW for seven months, Brodie made a massive mark – becoming just the second TNT Champion in AEW history and putting on several memorable bouts including his classic Dog Collar Match with Cody Rhodes.
Sadly, his untimely passing in late 2020 meant we never saw the true limits of his potential, but it’s a testament to how good he was that in those seven months his contributions to AEW are still being felt.
Not only does Brodie hold a spot on the AEW roster for life, but he will also soon become immortalised in the AEW Hall of Fame when it eventually comes to fruition.
