Evolution 2
The great thing about there only being one Evolution pay-per-view is that, when all was said and done, you sort of only needed one.
Like, the whole “women’s revolution thing” worked; women’s wrestling isn’t exceptional or remarkable any more, it’s just a normal part of the furniture.
But while that might be true, it certainly doesn’t hurt to celebrate your women every once in a while (especially when one of the biggest criticisms being levied against your primary competition is the fact that they don’t pay their women’s division the proper respect).
However, if you really want to differentiate this Evolution from the previous one, here’s my pitch: women’s midcard title.
If you really want to prove that you consider your women’s division to be on par with your men’s division, there should be parity in the way you distribute your belts (plus you need to give your Shotzi’s and your Carmellas something to do for 11/12 pay-per-views a year).
Make the rest of your show a celebration of your female talent both past and present by having matches that showcase a long-neglected facet of wrestling history, and cap it off by making the main event a bout for a brand new, long overdue belt.
