The 2024 Royal Rumble premium live event is now in the books, with Cody Rhodes and Bayley punching their ticket to WrestleMania.
We are now less than 70 days away from WrestleMania, and some matches on the show have begun taking shape, while some are yet to really be teased on television.
Last year’s WrestleMania had 13 matches, with a 14th planned match being cancelled, so those are the numbers I will be sticking to for this year’s card.
Here is our predicted card for WWE WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.
Undisputed WWE Universal Championship – Roman Reigns (c) vs. Cody Rhodes
We are officially here ladies and gentlemen, the sequel that we’ve all be waiting on since last year.
After a large bald Samoan roadblock in the shape of a Hollywood megastar appeared on the bumpy Road to Philadelphia, Cody has officially punched his ticket to a rematch with Roman Reigns at this year’s WrestleMania event.
While many could argue whether Cody should have won the Royal Rumble or the Elimination Chamber, having Cody win the Rumble sure did kill our fears dead last night.
That story is getting finished, one way or another.
