Coming off the heels of Forbidden Door, All Elite Wrestling will return to pay-per-view for the AEW Redemption 2026 event from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

With everything that took place at Forbidden Door, there will be some intriguing matchups on the lineup for the next major show from AEW.

Redemption 2026 will be the final stop before All In London, so it should be quite eventful and set the stage for the biggest show of the year.

Here are our predictions for the card for the AEW Redemption 2026 pay-per-view.

Will Ospreay vs. Jon Moxley – Submission Match

At AEW Dynasty 2026, Jon Moxley defeated Will Ospreay to retain the AEW Continental Championship.

This proved to be a heartbreaking loss for Ospreay, who has still not fully recovered from his double fusion neck surgery. This led to Ospreay being saved by Moxley and The Death Riders before receiving an offer.

Taking up this offer, Ospreay started to train and work closely with The Death Riders, which helped him to rebuild himself and saw him go on to win the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament to punch his ticket for All In London.

Before he gets to the biggest match of his career at Wembley Stadium, Ospreay would need to overcome one last hurdle and finally score a win over Moxley at AEW Redemption 2026 before he tries to take it home.

AEW World Trios Championships: The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly) (c) vs. The Demand (Ricochet & Gates of Agony)

The Conglomeration have proven to be fighting champions since capturing the titles at AEW Dynasty 2026.

Another unit who have been on the hunt for championship gold in All Elite Wrestling as of late is The Demand.

Ricochet and Gates of Agony have received opportunities at the AEW World Trios Titles in the past and could be due another shot in the near future.

The Demand challenging The Conglomeration would make for a logical matchup for the gold at AEW Redemption 2026 in Montreal.

AEW TNT Championship: Kevin Knight (c) vs. Darby Allin

At AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, Kevin Knight shocked the world when he turned heel with an attack on Darby Allin after his loss to MJF in the main event.

Following the pay-per-view, “The Jet” aligned himself with the Don Callis Family and has become one of the most hated stars on the AEW roster as of late.

On the June 10 Summer Blockbuster edition of AEW Dynamite, Allin made his return and immediately went after Knight.

With all this animosity between these two men, Knight defending the TNT Title against Allin would make for a showstealer on the AEW Redemption 2026 event.

AEW TBS Championship: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Kris Statlander

On the July 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, the vacant TBS Championship will be on the line in a Survival of the Fittest.

Following all the qualifying matches, Hikaru Shida, Persephone, Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, Queen Aminata and MAIKA will compete in the single elimination six-woman contest to determine who will hold the title moving forward.

Out of all the participants, Shida is the only one who has had some character development in recent weeks.

If Shida captures the gold, fans could see the former three-time AEW Women’s World Champion go on to defend her title against her former friend and rival Kris Statlander at AEW Redemption 2026 on July 26.

Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher, Jake Doyle & RPG Vice) vs. Mark Briscoe, Tomohiro Ishii, Speedball Mike Bailey & Andrade El Idolo

AEW pay-per-views have been known for certain staples throughout 2026.

Over the course of AEW Double Or Nothing and Forbidden Door, the company will feature a multi-man No DQ style bout highlighting some of the best in-ring talent on the roster.

At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026, Team Briscoe defeated Team DCMJF in the Death’s Door Match thanks to Andrade El Idolo turning his back on MJF and the Don Callis Family.

Following this match, there could be an eight-man tag team bout with Don Callis Family facing Briscoe, Andrade, Tomohiro Ishii and Montreal’s own Speedball Mike Bailey at AEW Redemption 2026.

AEW International Championship: Konosuke Takeshita (c) vs. Kazuchika Okada

Konosuke Takeshita has become public enemy number one for the Don Callis Family after turning on the faction.

At AEW Double Or Nothing, Takeshita defeated Kazuchika Okada to become a two-time AEW International Champion.

Since this loss, “The Rainmaker” has made it clear that he still has his sights on the International Title and will bring it back to the Don Callis Family.

With these two rivals now even at 1-1 in their first two matches, Takeshita could face Okada in their third and deciding bout for the AEW International Championship at the Redemption pay-per-view.

AEW Women’s World Championship: Thekla (c) vs. MAIKA

Thekla has taken her rivalry with World Wonder Ring STARDOM to the next level following the events of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026.

At the show, Thekla defeated Starlight Kid to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship. After her victory, “The Toxic Spider” then unmasked SLK, spit in her mask and shoved it in STARDOM President Taro Okada’s face.

After continuously disrespecting STARDOM over the past few weeks, the promotion should send another member of the roster to challenge Thekla for her title.

Coming off the heels of a win over Skye Blue on the Forbidden Door Buy In, MAIKA feels like a strong candidate to represent STARDOM against Thekla for the AEW Women’s World Championship at the Redemption show.

AEW World Tag Team Championships: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson)

Back at AEW Revolution 2026, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage made their return to the company to get revenge on FTR following their win over The Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.

After getting their hands on Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, Cage and Cope went face-to-face with Matt and Nick Jackson for the first time.

Cage and Cope have been teasing a showdown with The Young Bucks on several occasions in the months since then.

With a series of wins under their belt including against El Sky Team and Unbound Co. at Forbidden Door, AEW Redemption 2026 could be the right time for The Young Bucks to challenge Cage and Cope for the gold.

AEW World Championship Title vs. Career: MJF (c) vs. Kenny Omega

At AEW Dynasty 2026, MJF defeated Kenny Omega to retain the AEW World Championship.

Over the past few weeks, both Omega and MJF have been teasing a path to Redemption for “The Cleaner.”

This could be sowing the seeds for Omega to once again challenge Maxwell Jacob Friedman for the top prize in All Elite Wrestling in his home country of Canada on July 26.

Omega putting his career on the line for one final shot at MJF for the AEW World Title has all the makings of something truly special to go down in Montreal at the first iteration of Redemption.
