7. Buddy Murphy
Like Aleister Black, Buddy Murphy has not been in the ring since the Superstar Shakeup.
However, unlike Black, Buddy Murphy has not even been seen on TV since his short video package aired on Smackdown that week.
‘The Best Kept Secret’ truly has been kept a secret from the main roster. Murphy has wrestled in various house shows and dark matches, but has lost all of them. Things do not look took promising for the Australian star.
Since both workers have yet to make an in-ring appearance since the Shakeup, it would not be ideal for them to serve as each other’s first feud.
If WWE wants to establish both Black and Murphy on the main roster as big stars, then they both would need to have had several matches against more recognisable names before facing off. This would allow the mainstream audience to learn more about their work first before they share the ring.
