11 Most Surprising WWE 2K24 Roster Omissions WWE, 2K Games

After months of speculation and debate, the full WWE 2K24 roster has now been confirmed. We now know who’s out and who’s in for this year’s game.

All in all, it’s hard to argue that 2K haven’t covered the majority of ground with WWE’s vast roster of Raw, SmackDown and NXT stars.

Heck, even the legends – once again we have a healthy selection and a few genuinely pleasant surprises included for the first time in a while – Ken Shamrock anyone? Nice choice 2K.

However, as much praise as we can bestow upon 2K for their roster of well over 200 names, you truly can’t please everyone. There is always going to be a few glaring omissions.

And while many of these names could be added later as DLC, for now we have no such news on that, so we’re gonna go with what we have in front of us now. So with that said, join me in counting down the 11 most glaring roster omissions from WWE 2K24.

11. Carlito

Mr. Carlito Caribbean Cool was a man that I was genuinely surprised not to see appear on the 2K24 roster list at first.

And then, when I calmed down and composed myself I remembered that the guy only actually properly returned to the WWE roster at October’s Fastlane – so in all likelihood was never likely to make it.

To be fair it’s felt like Carlito’s been back in the company since Backlash back in May 2023 – coming to the aid of Bad Bunny in his San Juan Street Fight against Damian Priest.

Then, just once month later it was being reported that Carlito had agreed a return to WWE – something we had to wait months to actually see play out on TV.

So, technically, WWE could have maybe given 2K a heads up last Summer and got Carlito in for a model scan? No? Ahh well, better dust off that copy of SmackDown vs. Raw 2006 then.
