On March 26, WrestleVotes addressed rumours on possible WWE legend returns at WrestleMania via a post on Twitter.
The trucks which were seen behind The Rock and Cody Rhodes during their closing angle on Raw showed two major WWE legends who are now speculated for appearances in Philadelphia.
After all, it is the 40th edition of WrestleMania so the biggest names showing up cannot be ruled out.
Surely, the two-night extravaganza has space to have at least a few legends to guest star and fulfil some kind of role.
Let’s take a look on who could appear during the show of shows.
6. Stone Cold Steve Austin
Just two years ago Stone Cold Steve Austin wrestled a full match against Kevin Owens out of nowhere.
It was a stupendous night for the Texas Rattlesnake and very few names mean as much to WWE and the WrestleMania brand as him.
Besides his many WrestleMania main events, he was part of the epic opening to WrestleMania 30 featuring The Rock and Hulk Hogan.
With Rock main eventing at least one night of WrestleMania this year his arch-rival should not be too far away.
Perhaps that glass shatters one more time at the Grandest Stage, making way for a face-off between The People’s Champ and The Texas Rattlesnake on last time.
